18 New Revelations we have learned from week 1 trial of the death of George Floyd.
New shocking facts and evidence may make this trial a lot more complicated than originally thought.
I have been watching every minute of the trial for death of George Floyd. Judging so far- it really looks like Derek Chauvin will walk..
So here’s what i learned:
1- When George Floyd walked into the store, he meet a dude inside who sold him some sort of drugs. (Most likely fentanyl more on that later..) then bought his cigarettes with a fake bill which prompted the cops.
2- When cops approached George Floyd, based off the body cam footage submitted to court - George Floyd had something on his tounge & and he was foaming from his mouth. And was in sort of a panic and said he was going to die.
3- George Floyd also said he had covid.
4- One of the people in his car, was that very same drug dealer seen in the store.
5- While talking to the cop , George Floyds friend told the cop he just bumped into Floyd and that he was just hitching a ride home.
6- His friend pled the 5th refusing to testify for prosecution side.
7- The Cops haven’t even got George Floyd under arrest yet & he was already screaming he cant breathe.
8- George Floyd kept saying he was scared of getting into the cop car. After the cops finally got him in- George Floyd got out and ASKED to be put on the ground instead.
9- he did die. But not from suffocation. There is 0 sign of any suffocation being the cause.
10- he had a way above lethal of Fentanyl and meth in his body. A Speedball killed him.
11- George Floyds girlfriend testified that just 2 months prior , he overdosed and was hospitalized. Symptoms matched to what happened leading up to his death.
12. Oh remember George Floyd calling out for his momma? His nickname for his girlfriend was ‘momma’ & that is most likely who he was calling out for.
13. The cop holding George Floyds feet - was checking his pulse the entire time. George died about 30 seconds before ems was on scene.
14. The medics drove a few blocks but had to pull over - So that they can try reviving him.
15. The Knee on neck is standard operating procedure. It's in the handbook. Putting a knee on a person's back is actually A LOT more dangerous.
16. He was talking fine the entire time- didn't sound like he was suffocating. Also there's no bruising or anything on his neck.
17. He died because of lack of oxygen. And that is what a speedball dose does + lethal amount of fentanyl into the mix & with covid- stopped his heart. He went into cardiac arrest.
18.The judge laid the smackdown on a journalist trying to get a picture of the jury. Admittingly it was quite amusing to watch.
.. This is all I learned from the first week of this trial into the killing of George Floyd. All the pieces are starting to fall into place and yeah sucks George had to die like that. However my personal opinion is, if anyone should go down for murder 3rd degree - It should be his “friend” who gave George the drugs.
